آداب الأكل والشرب

Anas ibn Mālik (may Allah be pleased with him) reported that the Prophet (may Allah's peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Allah is pleased with a person who eats some food and then praises Him for it, or who drinks some drink and then praises Him for it."

عن أنس بن مالك -رضي الله عنه- مرفوعاً: «إن الله ليرضى عن العبد أن يأكل الأكلة، فيحمده عليها، أو يشرب الشَّربة، فيحمده عليها».

شرح الحديث :

One of the means to earn Allah's pleasure is to thank Him for the food and water we consume, for He alone is the bestower of those bounties.
