Jābir (may Allah be pleased with him) reported that the Prophet (may Allah's peace and blessings be upon him) said: "A pregnant woman whose husband dies is not eligible for alimony."
عن جابر -رضي الله عنه- عن النبي -صلى الله عليه وسلم- قال في الحَامِلِ المُتَوَفَّى عنها زَوْجُهَا: «لا نَفَقَةَ لها».
شرح الحديث :
This Hadīth indicates that a pregnant woman whose husband dies is not eligible to receive financial support or housing from her husband's estate, for maintenance ends with death. The woman should provide for herself from her own inheritance, if there is a share for her, or from her own resources.
