آثار الرضاع
Ziyād As-Sahmi reported: The Messenger of Allah (may Allah’s peace and blessings be upon him) forbade people from having their children breastfed by a weak-minded woman; for the milk of breastfeeding causes resemblance.
عن زياد السهمي، قال: «نَهَى رَسُولُ الله -صلى الله عليه وسلم- أن تُسْتَرْضَعَ الْحَمْقَاءُ؛ فإن اللَّبَنَ يُشْبِهُ».
شرح الحديث :
The Hadīth indicates that a weak-minded and foolish woman must not be asked to suckle a child, because her milk may transmit foolishness and weak-mindedness to the child.
