concealment (الْكِتْمانُ)

التعريف :
To withhold information and not to tell it to others.
المعنى الاصطلاحي :
Hiding something and avoiding to talk about it.
الشرح المختصر :
"Kitmaan" (concealment) means keeping quiet about something; that is, not to show or explain it. For example, a seller knowingly conceals a defect of a commodity when concluding a sale contract with the buyer.
التعريف اللغوي المختصر :
"Kitmaan": hiding and covering. Opposite: announcing, showing, revealing.
