المعنى الاصطلاحي :


Someone who steals the property of another with force and harm, whether this is done secretly or openly.

الشرح المختصر :


A "liss" (thief) is anyone who seizes the money or property of others without their consent, whether it is done secretly or openly, such as a highway robber and the like. Thieves mostly use force and violence, like threatening their victims with a weapon and similar actions.

التعريف اللغوي المختصر :


"Liss": thief. It is derived from "lasas", which means adherence, closeness, adjacency; it was also said that it means doing something in secret.
