المعنى الاصطلاحي :
Repelling something and preventing it from happening
الشرح المختصر :
"Dar’" (repelling/prevention) means repelling something and preventing it from happening. This thing may be physical, such as preventing someone from stepping over people's necks while the imam is giving the sermon, or abstract, such as preventing a penalty from being carried out upon someone because there is an impediment to applying it.
