التعريف :

A hadith scholar who knows the hadith authorities in his city and is qualified to instruct students who attend dictation sessions. He delivers to them what they did not hear and explains what they did not understand. This is one of the scholarly titles of hadith scholars, which is higher than ‘hadith scholar’ and lower than ‘hadith master’.
