التعريف :
A term used by theologians to negate that God moves or is in a place.
المعنى الاصطلاحي :
An action performed by the doer that is related to the place where he intends to go and perform an action himself.
التعريف اللغوي المختصر :
"Harakah": movement, transition from one position to another. Opposite: "tawaqquf" (stopping), "sukoon" (stillness). Other meanings: change, commotion.
