the side, al-janb (الْـجَنْب)

التعريف :

According to some scholars, this is an attribute of God. They cite in evidence the verse (39: 56) which uses this word with God’s name: ‘janbillāh’. The verse says: ‘lest anyone should say: “woe is me for having neglected what is due to God”.’ Scholars of the early generations take the opposite view.
