God’s oneness in legislative authority (تَوْحِيدُ الْحَاكِمِيَّة)

العقيدة

التعريف :

To believe that the legislative authority, i.e. ḥākimiyyah, belongs completely and totally to God alone. No human being has any share in it. This is a modern term which was not known in the early Islamic generations.
