Appeal (مُنَاشَدَةٌ)

المعنى الاصطلاحي :
Calling an oppressor to fear Allah and stop acting unjustly.
الشرح المختصر :
"Munāshadah" (appeal) is an appeal made by an oppressed person to the oppressor to stop his aggression. Its formula is to say, for instance: "I entreat you by Allah to leave me alone!" or: "Fear Allah and stop your aggression!" and similar expressions.
التعريف اللغوي المختصر :
"Munāshadah": asking, requesting. Original meaning: calling with a loud voice. Derived from "inshād", which means raising the voice. "Nasheed": a loud voice. Other meanings: identifying, explaining, asking someone to swear, begging for kindness, reminding.
