الشرح المختصر :
"Qulfah" is the foreskin that is removed in circumcision, whether for a man or a woman. In the case of a man, it is the skin that covers the head of the penis, and in the case of a woman, it is the skin found above the vagina, and it resembles a cockscomb. In male circumcision, the entire foreskin is removed so that the entire glans becomes visible. In female circumcision, however, the skin is not removed from its root.
