Preemptor (شَفِيعٌ)

المعنى الاصطلاحي :
The one who has the right to join to his possession the share of his neighbor or partner.
الشرح المختصر :
"Shafee‘" (Preemptor) is the person who possesses the right of preemption (Shuf‘ah), which is the right of a partner to claim the share of his partner after it had been sold to someone else in return for a financial compensation.
التعريف اللغوي المختصر :
"Shafee‘": the one who intercedes with someone on behalf of someone else to fulfill a need for him.
