sacred oath (الْيَمِينُ الْمُغَلَّظَةُ)

التعريف :
That a judge orders a person to swear an oath at a sacred time, such as the Day of Arafat, or at a sacred place such as the grand mosque in Makkah, or in the presence of a large group of people, so as he would be in awe.
