A name that essentially goes to one of the seven major sources of the Mālikī school of fiqh. This book is authored by Abu Marwān ꜤAbd al-Malik ibn Ḥabīb al-ꜤAbbāsī of Cordoba in the Andalus (died 238 AH 853 CE).
